Up until yesterday anytime I received a message (text/e-mail) my Message icon would show that I had a new message, and the little red * would also be on the respective e-mail or SMS/Text icon for which the message was for.
However, yesterday when I was trying to register my PIN/ESN on the BIS website, the rep I was talking to on the phone had me delete my two e-mail accounts on my phone and create them through the website rather than on the phone. Now whenever I receive a message (text or e-mail) I only see the little * on the Messages icon, and it doesn't show on the respective e-mail or SMS/Text button. I'm hoping this makes sense ...
Anything I can do to make it like it was before I deleted and re-added my e-mails?
