    Today I recieved a new blackberry storm because my previous storm decided to reset whenever it sees fit, and the first things I noticed today was that when I received emails a red asterisk appeared only next to the messages folder but not next to my email account folder. On my previous storm when I recieved an email an asterisk was placed next to both folders. Any ideas what it is?

    Have you changed your PIN number in your BIS account?

    Yes I have, that was the first thing that I did once recieving the phone

    No worries i just did a battery pull and my problems were fixed
