Hello all, I am having troubles with my SMS & MMS alerts. When I receive one, my alert tone doesn't go off. Sometimes it will make a noise, but it is not what I have set for the alert. I have gone through everything I can think of on mt Storm and I can't figure this one out. Even when I go into the set ring tones/alerts and do the "try it" feature it just vibrates and there is no tone. My tones work for calls and e-mails

If anyone could steer me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!

your tone volume is set to high for the sound you are using. Turn it down. If there is still no sound then do a battery pull and you should be fine. I just went through fixing sound issues on my device as well.

I set the volume to 1 and tried it and nothing...

So went to the battery pull, took a few minutes but it worked. Thank you very much!

Mine's still doing this after a battery pull and setting the volume to 8. Any other ideas? What exactly did you do to get it working?
