Go into your Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications then find and delete MemoryEye Reboot Stub if its in there.
It does nothing to the program itself, just shows up for some strange reason.
In order to reset the phone an app has to make a new program then delete it. That will allow a reset. This is the stub for this program.
This shows how some programs are better than others. Meterberry has MUCH better reset logic so dumb things like this don't happen. Next time get meterberry.

+1 on MeterBerry. It's a great app, with great features. It helps me, personally, monitor any potential battery or app memory issues.
please, it uses the exact same logic, people on here have had the same exact issue with meterberry. i am starting to think you and him are the same person or work for them. i dont see you post unless you are pimping meterberry.
maybe the OP prefered only 15kb of application memory was being used and that it wasnt doing more than he needed. last time i checked meterberry is over 150kb, every kb counts when you are as limited as you are on the storm.
perform a battery pull and it will be gone, it happens if you press reboot later instead of reboot now.
