Why am I keep getting this error message with Blackberry Media Sync "blackberry media sync failed to connect to your blackberry device. click retry to try again or cancel to disconnect". Anyone got a fix?
It was working fine, now it doesn't work anymore.

try plugging the phone in before you start DM. or if its just media that you are putting on or removing, you can drag and drop files to the device or card. just open a window and find where the bb is(i have XP, top of window, mine says "blackberryf:" under drives. then just open the folders that you wish.
