    Hey everybody, I am trying to sync up my BB with iTunes through the Media Sync on DM, but every time i try to do it I get the following error---"Blackberry Media Sync failed to connect to your device. Click retry to try again or cancel to disconnect.
    I tried both options numerous times, to no avail. Any tips?

    I got that too...all I did was disconnect the phone from the PC, reboot the PC, and then turn the phone off and then on and it then worked.

    just tried...didn't work. It says my phone is connected, shown by having the PIN in the top LEFT of the smaller pop up box.

    I have had the same problem three times. the only fix seems to be reinstalling desktop manager.
