This is horrible. Does anyone have another suggestion for getting pics/videos on my storm? Media Manager is so bad. I tlocks up EVERYTIME I try to add media. I mean EVERYTIME. I can maybe transfer a handful of pics, then it freezes.
There has to be something else available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times, all with the same results.
I always transfer my pics via USB mass storage mode. It's much easier. I only use media manager for converting files. I use either mass storage or WMP for syncing music. So yeah, just use mass storage, it'll save you a huge headache.
It's not the easiest to figure out either. I took the card out of my phone and loaded everything onto it through my laptop instead. Easy and no headache!
