can someone explain to me how this visual voicemail works? Im on Vodafone UK and i cannot even see it on my phone! First i heard about this function from the forum....
First let me say that I am on Telus in Canada NOT vodaphone. I signed up Monday for this trying to prepare for the storm lol! anyway, I had to go to the Telus website and open my acct information and go to visual voicemail and then add my email address and also add that I wanted to receive by text as well.
I get mine by text message and email.

I wish I could help you on this one, but for us on VZW it is as simple as going to the app center and downloading it, then sifting through the voicemails that come through and selecting the one you want to listen to.
