Just a note cause I already fixed this.

Last night I had completely drained my battery. When plugged in, the missing battery icon (white screen pic of a battery with a lightning bolt through it) came up and would go no further. This was when plugged into a computer or wall outlet.

I suspect that the phone battery was completely drained but the phone was misreading the remaining battery as dead, not chargable and not a trickle of power remaining. Leaving the phone on a charger overnight got me to the reload software error this am....
