    After wiping my device and uploading the new OS from Verizon, I can no longer find Visual Voicemail on my device. Looked everywhere. Does anyone know how to upload this again to my device??? thanks

    this is even more odd- I am unable to dial out or receive calls on the phone- application center is no longer on the phone.. any way manually request new service books?

    yes you can log into the bis site

    and resend service books.

    Or you can do it from the device

    options>advanced options> host routing table bb key(menu key) register now

    then go into email settings in setup and log in hit menu key and "service books"

    It would be to your benefit to
    use the bis site which is

    this site is layed out in a really easy way.

    however if your not near a computer you may need to do it from the BB itself.

    if your unable to create a account on the BIS site or don't remember your login information call verizon *611 from your phone and they can help you set it up.

    Any thoughts why I would be unable to make calls or receive calls. The 'Green Button' on the phone is completely inactive....
