    Make sure that the app center is actually installed on the device. You can check this by going to options> advanced options> applications> look for BlackBerry Application Center. If it isn't, reinstall using the app loader. If it is, try resending the service books from either the email settings app or the BIS website.

    Nope thanks anyways though anyone have any other suggestions, Its weird it was there just the other day I dont know were it went, havnt upgraded or downgraded in awhile so it cant be that and I did a battery pull last night and it didnt come back so I dont know

    check if the application in still installed in options>advanced options>applications. if its there then its hidden somewhere. check if all folders you have are showing all apps.

    I had the same problem, this is what fixed it for me...

    >Go to the Setup Folder >Email Settings >Click your Blackberry(Menu) Button >Select Service Books >Click Send Service Books.

    Should show up as soon as the registration message. Worked for me. If not, try a battery pull.

    yeah mine disapeared on me one day... and then all of a sudden, it came back.

    I think at some point i had sent of the service books as the other guy said but i did that to try and get the internet working again. That must be what got it back.... Wierd why it just disapears tho...
