    not really, i still have all my apps. but i lost all my previous settings/preferences along with all my contacts and probably more... any idea how to restore all info/settings and keep new os?

    Did you manually back the phone up before you did the upgrade? If so, just restore from that backup and all of your settings and user info will come back.

    do you have a backup file? sure hope so! if you do, use the DM to restore your data

    No, it won't. It will just reload your personal information like contacts, settings, and such.

    no, not unless you choose to downgrade to an earlier OS...this is just for your data files

    Look for a file called LoaderBackup.(2009-xx-xx).ipd.
    This will be you backup.
    Unless you did do a manual backup then it will simply be called Loader(2009-xx-xx).ipd

    Should Be In My Documents
