is there anyway i can keep my high scores in games after an os update?

it never really mattered before but now i bought a bunch of games and i dont want to lose my progress and/or scores....

I think i remember someone saying that we just have to deal with that... Unless there's a way to backup Game Cache (or whatever it would be called)

I always use the upgrade as an excuse to the wife to allow me to play the games relatively uninterrupted. Usually doesn't work for me, but it is always worth a shot
