CrackBerry is Under New Ownership and Relaunching in 2022 Beyond BlackBerry - Read All About It!
Looking to release my program
- Yea, the browser is a resource hog. And it is possible for the BB to report more free than available. This generally only happens right after a hard reset though, and should fix itself within a couple of minutes after the device is running.02-08-09 05:59 PMLike 0

- Status Update:
I have sent out beta invites to Bold and Curve users for the final stage of testing. As of now, I feel that the app has met most of, if not all of, my goals. Any future changes will most likely be minor bug-fixes.
One feature that I would like to discuss is "Plug-pull" functionality. Because there is no API call to directly simulate this functionality, it is not feasible for me to implement it myself when QuickPull is available for free. While I did entertain the idea of launching QuickPull from within BBMem, I do not feel that this would make it more convenient for the user vs launching QuickPull manually because BBMem generally runs as a background process.
I am currently looking into getting my application published in the Crackberry Store for everyone to purchase. I am planning on setting a price point of about $1.99. I also plan on getting beta testers a free copy as a thank you for the support and input.
I would like to thank everyone for their contributions, input and support during the development cycle of this program. I am still open to suggestions for bug-fixes and possible tweaks, and I will post again once the program is up for download.
Thanks everyone,
~King
Note:
Look for my next application in the near future, I'm planning on making a game exclusively for the Storm (and I'm gonna need more beta-testers)!02-09-09 06:27 PMLike 0 - Status Update:

I would like to thank you for the hard work you put into this app. It is a solid app that runs great, I am currently running it on Sith's hybrid OS and it runs perfectly.
It will do well in the app store!
Thanks again & good luck!
Eric02-09-09 06:50 PMLike 0 - I have been running the newest version for a while now without any problems. I have it set to alert at 3. The only time this happens is when I start using some of the new themes that are available to download. Seems like they are taking up quite a bit of the Storm's resources. When I go back to the original VZW theme, all is well again.
I also like how you changed the temp to show both C/F. No more going into the calculator and converting it any more.02-12-09 10:28 PMLike 0 - This app is now available on the Crackberry App Store! The product is available here

As for beta testers, I will notify here when I have posted the newest version at the beta website.
Thanks everyone for your support, and I hope you all enjoy BBMem!
