Hi I figured out that I cant update to the new OS. My It person for some reason cant figure out on her end what I need to do. Please let me know how I go about explaining to her what I need to do or just direct me to the update for BES users Please

As someone mentioned earlier, you can do a secure wipe(backup before you do), install the upgrade and ask bes admin to activate your account again.
