Hey guys, I was loading .99 when I got a fatal error in the Manager Window. Now whenever I load the Blackberry I keep getting a bunch of errors and it is running 4.0.0.125.

I've attempted connected it to the computer but it doesn't seem the computer recognizes it. What should I do?

I'm running Windows Vista 64 bit.

I had a fatal error when installing this at 3am (that was a lot of fun). I used JL_Cmdr to wipe the phone and reinstalled the OS without a hitch.

64 bit Vista doesn't work with JL-Cmd at least the one that I found.

Sorry for double posting. I got it to install .99 but it only installed the OS, Browser and Phone and when it started up it is all ugly looking like it did with the .125

EDIT: I restored my OS but it still says I am on .99 and some of the stuff is acting kind of funky. I am missing Visual Voicemail and the Application Center and a lot of the font is messed up. What do you guys think I should do?

i had the same problem.

did you also lose all your 3rd party apps? cause i did.

i have been unable to find any help in 2 different threads though, people unfortunately have been ignoring me, so i cant give you more info yet.

I got it fixed. I told it to manually install the 3rd party apps from the manager. It also had an update "Core Applications" and after that and an additional battery pull I was all up and running again.

Happened here as well...thought it might have been my dumb a$$, but apparently ots not an isolated case. Did just like another poster stated, wiped with JL and reloaded OS and 3rd party apps.
