Like I'm going to sue my job because I stubbed my toe when I was walking up the stairs and when I grabbed the handrail to stop myself from falling, the hard impact of my hand sent a shockwave through my arm, aggitating my tendonitis in my shoulder, along with some paint that chipped off and was stuck to my hand! I'm going to sue them for $800BILLION dollars and buy everyone on Crackberry.Com a brand new Storm, after the lawsuit that is suggested above!

US carriers are just slower to releasing devices is seems like. Look at all the issues the BOLD has had with all the other companies releasing. Even one carrier pulled the BOLD. At&t is just trying to make sure they release a stable device that does not give them customer service nightmares. I am sure Verizon is just doing the same thing. But I really do believe Verizon will be releasing it really soon since I see TV commercial from Verizon for the Storm.
