I have a problem with my led status indicator going off completely 15 to 20 minutes after the phone is turned on. The only way to resolve it is to pull the battery and then it is fine until the next time I turn it on.

It happens to me sometimes too, mybe will be fixed with next software update. Thank god, thats the only problem...it could be worse!

That's true it is my only problem. I wasn't sure if I should return the device with the Verizon 30 return period or wait for the next OS upgrade.

Well its new to you, but not to me and even verizon knows of the problem. It also has to do with the visual voice mail; when you gat a voice mail, and you check it, sometimes the light lags and stays on, even after the voice mail is heard and deleted. The tech said the two problems go hand and hand. Believe me, it could be worse!
