Keyboard Not Working on Some Programs

On two programs I recently installed - Ascendo Photo and BB Note Pads - I cannot get the keyboard to work. That is, the keyboard is there, but pressing the buttons does nothing - no flash of key or letter appears.

Keyboard works perfectly in all other programs.

Any ideas?

Go to Options> Applications> Highlight the app that is giving you issues> Hit BB Button> Select "Disable Compatibility Mode"
