    I cant seem to resolve this problem. I've been searching high and low for answers all over the net.

    I tried wiping the memory (i already have it backedup from a couple weeks ago) but using BlackBerry Desktop Manager>Application Loader tells me it needs a password to access the device.
    However there is no prompt or anything place for me to enter a password.

    Can anyone please help me? I won't be able to go to Verizon until about 3 weeks because I am away at school. no having a phone sucks

    I just picked it up to look at a text message and the next moment it resets and the error screen appears.
