Did you back up your contacts through outlook though? If not, not even downgrading will get them back

I tried going through the advanced restore in dm to just do my contacts but it's giving me an error message saying it can't connect to device.

Brian if he has a bb backup he will be fine. I am on a mac and outlook does NOT need to be used to backup contacts using DM to backup and restore will work
