    Im only posting this because some people said they were having trouble getting them to end them a replacement.

    I called on a different line, and it went something like this:

    me: hello the phone is laggy and resets a lot. also requires many battery pulls! Can i have a replacement?

    them: sir have you taken it to the nearest verizon store?

    me: i have, they said i have the most up to date OS and there is nothing more they can do

    them: okay sir, let me process an order for your replacement right now

    And that was basically it. They did however charge my bill for the new storm, which they will credit me back once they receive the original back. She said the alternative was to bring the phone to a store and let them order it from there and i wont have to put a deposit. But i don't have time for all that.

    I guess i will wipe it and install the original OS to ship back with.

    Anyhow that's it. I don't know hat i expect from a replacement since i don't see how that will fix the laggy/unreliability issues i am facing. But i will give it a shot.
