I'm liking it a lot. The only problem is that my browser disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it back. If I go to Advanced Options>Browser there is just a blank screen, so I don't think there is a browser even installed. Can anyone suggest a way to get it back?

Hi I am posting here, due to the fact that the BB Storm purchased has the following version: 5.0.0.328 Platform: 4.2.0.128

I am receiving and able to send emails, but my browers icon is not there, I have performed the instructions aboved (Host Routing Tables)many times and nothing happens.

Battery pull out has been done twice. Any clues . I will appreciate the help.

that was my first step done. The only thing is that mine did not have the word "daemon" but I followed the process. What do you suggest?

I am following up, I corrected the wrong steps. Know I have three icons that say browser, T-Zones & Mobile. The phone has the word EDGE in uppercase and when I hit the Browser Icon in turn lower case (edge). I am receiving emails, sms, pins and messenger and using Facebook as usual. I even installed Opera Mini to see if it can work, but this is very frustrating. Any help??

Rosanna, I would say you should update to 5.0.0.419. I know some other T-Mobile users had issues with .328 but they seemed to be solved with .419.

When searching, I found this as another option but not sure if it will work.

Go into Options>Manage Connections

Instead of being on 2G & 3G, switch to 2G only, turn off your carrier connection, wait 1min and turn the connection back on.
