Once I finally did, I was not impressed, I was actually pretty upset.
To start off, I will tell you the OS version. I looked and it said a few numbers and periods and the last two were .61, then there was a (82) in perenthesis right after the .61. I didn't know what the (82) was, anybody know?
I have a few things to complain about. The main thing, it. was. so. so.so.so.so. SLOW. I could not even believe it. It was literally so slow, it was unusable. I didn't even know what was going on most of the time, thats how bad it was. Since that was my biggest complaint, I am sure hoping that version is not the one that is being sold. Is that the version being sold?
While I was TRYING to use this phone, it would randomly go to clock, and sit there and i could not escape it. Then since everything else seemed so terrible, I went to try the video quality. I played the movie clip and waited about 2 min and it finally started, but hey, of course only the audio played. No picture. Then some controls poped up, and looked like they were for sure not meant to be placed there. The phone then crashed and froze, with the sound still blasting and I looked really dumb sitting there not knowing what to do, so I left the phone there and left.
For the hardware problems, I have just a few. My main complaint was the screen. It was loose!! The screen was wobbly and it shifts around. Like I could put my thumb on the screen and move it around and it would shift up down side to side on the device. This was very unassuring, it didn't feel solid. Yes, there IS a gap around the edge, and I was affraid that it could be a problem. You cant really notice it, that much, but I could see that it is possible that dust and debris could easily get into it and mess things up.
Typing.
Typing was a complete nightmare. I really am not exaggerating when I say how very hard. I mean, I wanted to love this phone maybe even more than alot of you, but it just wasnt working for me. I could not type for my life and it seemed the space bar was barely working, you had to hit it in a precise spot each time.
I could not even open the browser because it was too slow, so I have nothing to say for it.
What I liked is that the phone looked incredibly cool, and I know that this phone has ALOT of potential. If they could just make the big button fit more perfectly, no gap or shifting, it would be much better. Also if they used a more sturdy glass for the screen, or glass in general (because it felt like plastic). I really do like the concept of the click screen, the only thing it messes up is the typing. If I buy this phone I could possibly get used to it, but i doubt it. It would be a ton better if they made the onscreen keyboard alot bigger (why is that so hard? why dont they just make the qwerty board alot bigger?). This phone would also be 100% better if it is sold with a MUCH better OS version. I really wanted this to finally be the perfect phone for me and I really wanted to love this phone, I thought at least something could be done right, but apparently not...
Sorry I know I am giving way to much detail and you probably dont want to read all this, but I just had to get it out.
