It most likely has something to do with a 3rd pty app you have installed. If it's only happening recently and you installed something, try deleting that app.

You would think but i have not Dloaded anything recently....But it has effected Facebook because it is not working anymore? I tried deleting FB and reloading, battery pull etc...Maybe i need to upgrade operating system....Ugh!
Finally got mine to working - went to Desktop manager on my pc (plugged in my phone) went to backup and restore - advanced - on the right hand side scrolled down to Phone Call Logs - hit clear - then pulled battery - put battery back in - and no more java.lang.nullpo.... yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
