i downloaded softrest and weatherbug to my pc. then when i click on them i get an error message saying Invalid comand line paramiters. any ideas why i cant get them to my BB desk top managaer? thanks for your help.

Some apps are not fully compatible w/ the Storm. Make sure you are downloading the Weatherbug that is compatible w/ the Storm.

I have not been able to get SoftReset or QuickPull to work w/ my Storm even in compatibility mode.

I made sure that but it still gives me that error message? any ideas?

No other suggestions on my end. I just downloaded the Weatherbug app to my Storm from the link I posted to make sure it works. I am not having any problems w/ the app.
