Interesting SureType Text Edit feature I found
Hey all. I don't usually make new threads, so be sure this isn't a waste of your time. This is actually more for the SureType users here. I use the Full qwerty in portrait exclusively, but decided to give SureType a run just for the heck of it and found something interesting. I'm not sure if this was posted back when the phone first came out, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been recently. Don't hold me to that though. :)
While trying to use the new selection feature I accidentally stumbled upon this. Usually when you have a misspelled word, it gets underlined so you know. Well on this one occasion a word that wasn't misspelled was underlined and it caught my attention. I decided to click on it to see what suggestions the internal dictionary would give me and something totally different happened. I got what seemed like a highlight of the letter directly under it.

Funny thing was it wasn't the letter, it was actually the other letter that's on the same key in SureType. Once highlighted you can actually scroll back and forth to pick the letter you want to replace then scroll down to replace it. Check the video out to see what I did clearly. Sorry about the res. It was the only camera I had available.

SureType Text Edit Feature
Now I've only exclusively used full keyboard BlackBerries. Never SureType versions, so this feature could have always been there. I don't know. Please don't burn my shorts here. But for those new to BB, its a good tidbit to have. Laterz
