    My storm's screen broke last week and I got a replacement from the Verizon insurance. The insurance is outsourced to another company.

    I got the replacement and the screen doesn't click at the bottom. It's really hard to press and makes it really hard to type. Who do I go to to get a replacement for this phone? Verizon or the insurance company? Anyone have experience with this?

    No experience with this, but I would definitely say verizon will take care of you. Worst case scenario they will tell you that you need to call the insurance people, but im sure they will help with that also.
