The Installation Wizard returns the error "the wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Desktop Software could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again."
I have tried virtually everything, but I can't seem to re-install the software. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I would suggest opening Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) and checking to see if Installer.exe or msi.exe are running. If they are, hilight them and hit delete, or click end process. Try to install again. If it still fails, you might have a hung app install, or a worm running in the background. Clear up any potential hazards that are running, and DM install should work fine
