IS there a way to export video from a blackberry to a pc? as in video i took on the phone and i want to put it on my pc?Also when i tried to put media on my phone through desktop manager i couldnt. im not sure if i did anything wrong but i opened the desktop manager(v4.7), clicked media, and when the three options vcast music with rhapsody, media manager, and blackberry media sync. only vcast with rhapsody and bb media sync were available to click start(not media manager).and so what do i do from there? as an alternate i just used windows mode on my computer to put files on my storm instead of desktop manager and it worked but i have a feeling it would be alot better(possibly safer for my phone)to use desktop manager.any help?

It doesnt matter if you use media manager or not, wont make a difference. If you cant get the media manager to work, just keep using the alternative. Thats the way I do it, never even bothered installing media manager since I dont need it.

Turn on mass media storage in the options menu. You can drag and drop items in and out of the Storm.

You guys ROCK! I completely forgot to turn on mass storage!

I also turned it on so it launches when the BB plugs into the PC!

I have enabled mass media storage. what's the next step? I don't see a list on the BB to export. (PS I use pocket mac to sync my Storm to my Mac Book Pro). Thanks!
