I am not allowed to discuss in details what I deal with at work due to a confidentiality agreement we had to sign, but some of the things I hear day in and out are unreal! It's unbelievable. I would never even dream of calling a company I deal with and demanding half the crap that I hear every day. It takes some real guts, let me tell you...and everything in my to not actually say "Are you joking? You honestly are demanding compensation for the inconvenience you caused yourself by not paying your bill? Where I come from we pay for services rendered...."
