I am still on the official .75 release from Verizon. I know that there are many, many beta firmwares. Are there any that improve from .75 in any of the following ways but still maintain a stable OS?
1. FASTER Accelerometer
2. FASTER Internet Browser
3. Anything else
I have yet to download a beta release for fear of having a really unstable OS. So, CrackBerry Users, I ask you for your help on this please.
I searched on both of these, and people seem to have problems. Is there any that you consider pretty stable? Sorry to be bothering, but I also see things like hybrids. I think, though, that I would rather go with the full OS and not a hybrid, if possible.
I have tried every leak including the hybrids. 113 is the only one I have stayed with. All the others forced me back to 75 due to bugs. Give 113 a try.
dont go with hybrids, too confusing especially if your new to OS upgrades. i am running .109 and have no problems at all, by far the most stable of them all, very rarely need to do a batt pull

Thanks for your response. One issue I've been reading on is MMS (receiving pictures, videos, etc. over texting), does this work for you?
Are there any major bugs I should know about?
Once I get this feedback, this is the one I am going to go with I think.
Thanks for your response. I am downloading it now. I use my phone a lot, for business reasons, and I rely on it, which is why I am so skeptical to download something that's not an official release.
After some more researching, I see that MMS is infact working. Most people seem to agree with you, that .113 is very stable.
I see this issue of color banding, what exactly is that?
Color banding distorts color presentation on the screen causing changes between shades of the same color. You can see it if you lock your phone and look at the lock screen. Its no big deal though. You probably won't even notice it

im also think about upgrading. Which one 109 or 113???? I have been stuck with 75 since dec. when i got this phone for a xmas present from my wife. I check this site out daily wating for a official release but i just dont think its going to happen any time soon!!!!! Also it seems like every leaked os has way to many issue but i got to give it a shot!! The lag on the phone is killing me.
Hi I am running .113 and I am have no problems I have try other .113 and they were just trouble and made me go back to .109 and after reading and looking I found another .113 and I installed it and now it is like .109 and a bit better so any one that would like to try the .113 I am using it is on my sight for download

Try a few tricks posted in this forum, like disabling bluetooth, disabling GPS, and lowering screen brightness to like 40. Those three right there make a huge difference for me.

I'm currently downgrading from .109 back to .75. .109 worked great for about a week or two, but then became very slow and the little black clock kept appearing. I'm scared to try .113 just incase this happens to me again.
