I have a problem and I was wondering if anybody had this issue.
I set up the icons so the ones I use the most are on top (mainly applications, where there is more icons)... but everytime i open the folder it scrows all the way down...
does anybody else have this issue?
i might as well rearrange everything upside down...
i'm running .113 btw
but as far as i remember all OS's did this..

Mine does this in the App folder sometimes, but on the home screen its usually just me forgetting to put it at the top. It seems that its always where I left it.
