Whenever I plug my Storm2 into my computer, then go to 'My Computer', I get an icon of a cellphone identifying my Storm2. I usually click on it to find whatever folder I need when I drag and drop documents, music, etc to it.

Until a few weeks ago. Now I have 2 separate icons that make my cell phone look like two separate drives. and the icon of the phone has disappeared.

I have a hunch this is a computer issue, not a Storm2 issue. But I'm not 100% certain.

Any ideas why the icon has changed?

(and my apologies if this is in the wrong forum).

Are you sure about this because the storm 2 comes with one.
BLACKBERRY1 and BLACKBERRY2 are the two drives you would see on the pc.
Hint: sometimes the pc will only detect one drive.

    *sigh*

No I'm not sure. I feel very stupid as I am Blackberry-challenged. Is the MicroSD card the same as the memory card that's in the back?

My computer detects Blackberry1 and Blackberry2.

Try going to Optioins>Memory>Mass Storage Mode Support and see if it's On or Off. Your computer does not want to talk to the Memory Card (yes, "MicroSD Card" is your memory card in the back) if the Mass Storage Mode Support is turned "On" (counter-intuitive, I know). If it's "On" turn it off and disconnect and reconnect to your computer.
