Hi All,

I've had my storm for several months now and 2 days ago, the phone would continuously reset randomly while I would attempt to type emails/bbmsgs or just use the phone in general. Yesterday, when the phone reset itself again, the phone would not power on anymore. I have taken the battery out, placed it back into the phone, the red light indicator will come on, but the plain white load screen will not appear and the phone just remains blank.

Has anyone encountered this and/or has any suggestions/solutions?

Any input would be greatly appreciated as I really enjoy using this phone and would like to have it up and running again.

get it replaced under warrently sounds like a defect

go to the blackberry 101 series help section and inside you will find an article explaining how to restore a bricked storm, wich is what you have. follow the steps clearly and you should be up and running in no-time
