Could someone recommend a good TV tuner card to buy? I would like to install it on my desktop PC so I can watch TV on my storm. I think I would rather have a USB tuner, but I guess it really doesn't matter. I'm running Windows XP by the way .
Oh and I have cable tv with a TV tuner box to get all the channels. I can get like 50 basic channels in my bedroom without the cable box. So how do you change the channels on your phone?

WinTV-HVR- all models for over the air digital reception Hardware mpeg encoding models for analog reception.

Call me old fashioned, but I'd stick with an internal card... I'm just weird like that.

Now, if it will only be used for Standard Def video and only sent to phones or other standard def devices, I'm sure the USB version is perfectly fine.
