I have a few problems that I can not find the answers .

#1 I can not complete a backup. Everytime I try to backup on DM, it fails to complete.

#2 How do I disable the system lock. I can find how to change the time that it automatically locks from 1 min to 1 hr, but I dont see how to turn it off. I dont want it to automatically lock

#3 I can not get the videos to play after I record them from the storm. I know there is a work around, but that does not work for me.

Clearing the cache did not help.

Backups have worked in the past

About half way through the backup, it stops. The error message reads :"Error Backing up Database(s) "


Any suggestions?

Sorry to repeat the obvious - but just making sure you did not just rely on mem cleaner but actually went in to your browser and opened options and cleared the cache there and then close out of browser and try it right away after that - when I had your error that fixed it - that and 3 beers so I may be a little off .

Also, I have read that autolock is a big battery saver and every time I put it down I hit that button on top left. Just curious what is the situation that would call for auto-lock feater to be disabled? NOT IN ANY WAY saying your are wrong just trying to learn how people use Storm differently so I can change my habits if it is a better way to do things.

Same thing happening here. Cleared caches and memory cleaned. Nothing. Try backing up and seems to almost complete then a little box pops up saying error. Very fustrating.
