    Ok i want to clear the event log from the 9530 ok i got the latest update from verizon. I tried fromthe home screen press BB button once then press it again to bring up the menu then show keyboard. THERE IS NO SHOW KEYBOARD. Thats my problem. Can someone help me please. Thanks

    its gone, you have to set a side key to do it now if you want the keyboard

    Why not just download that Fancy Log app that pulls up your event log. It's free. You can delete the log from the app

    ok thank you For everyone that wants to know. go to options then go to screen/keyboard then set one of the convenience keys to (Virtual Keyboard). then go to the menu push the convenience key then type ,5,5 ok Thank you zii3rianiz
