I too have lost the above item, and I don't think I can use the BB Storm 2 without it. Is there somehow I can download this somewhere?

Reload the os. When you reload it it will put it back. When you reload it and it comes up with a list of what's getting updated and stuff search for browser and click details. Make sure its there. Ones it reloads it you should be fine.
