Hey everyone,

I am trying to update my PIN on the Verizon BIS site and it is asking for my ESN also. I cannot find it anywhere! I tried looking for it under the battery, on my Storm box, and under the Status menu. I cannot find it!

Can anyone help me?

it's now referred to as the IMEI number. you should be able to enter either one (hex or decimal) with no spaces.

the verizon instructions call out the IMEI specifically, i believe

Just click on the BB button - click options - click status

You want to use the MEID, which may or may not work. If it doesn't work, call Verizon. I had the same issue when I went to setup my Storm this morning and Verizon had to call RIM to get my device working.
