Please search next time, this has been well documented in many threads. If you do a backup before doing the update it will save everything except for your third party apps. To save the third party apps you need to use the device switch method.

being as that i've had mine for maybe 2 weeks at the most,
i'll just deal with the small bugs in .75 and update it when the official release comes out (a few more weeks, i hear).
Maybe I'll get more adventurous as time goes on!
