I have signal but I cant connect online, send bb messeges or go on messenger.

No. Im From Venezuela and I dont use Verizon.
I got a messege from Verizon..
It says Welcome to Verizon Wireless but no activate message.

Help please.

Unless I'm wrong you should still get a message from your carrier. Do you know how to resend your service books? You should try that.

Delete it, reinstall it.
