Every time I try to visit Crackberry.com on my storm it freezes up. The pages load very slowly and eventually the storm freezes, needing a battery pull.
Any ideas anyone? I've tried with the browser set to BB and IE with no difference.
Perhaps the Storm somehow knows you are about to log on to say negative things about the Storm and it is doing a little preventive self-maintenance! I think this is a new feature of .88...
Seriously, sometimes different picture elements on the main-page might make loading buggy. Try disabling everything in the browser.
...or try to load it on viigo. If you can't even get viigo to load crackberry.com... something might be seriously up w/ the phone's softeware build.
as everyone else says, try the mobile site (wap.crackberry.com). Whenever I try to go to the regular site, it takes a while for me too. If you really want to see that site though, you can always try to clear your cache, event log, run memory cleaner, and do a soft reset. It'll make your whole BB run better.
