I just got my 5th STORM today...

thats right I said 5th...

come home 9pm charge it, 2am turn it on...the thing did not take a charge...I mean give me a break...

I will be at the ATT Store at 10am getting my BOLD...

With every replacement are they sending you another wall charger or are you using the same one because it doesnt sound like the phone that is defective.

i refuse to believe you had 5 storms and not one of them performed the right way. I think you went into the whoile experience with a closed mind. Why dont you explain what was wrong with the previous 5 storms before saying you are done. I have a hard time believing much of what you have to say.

Flip the charger around in the outlet. I have an outlet in my house that causes ANY BB charger to only work while oriented upside down. Never took the time to find out why, but it's the outlet and not the phone's fault. Learn to recognize these things before you complain about being on a 5th Storm. Next time turn the phone on so you can see if it's charging.

and i just read many of your previous posts, i saw you charged your phone for 3 hours and complained that it wasn't done. Honestly, read other people's complaints about their battery life before you spazz out and get a 6th storm. Try charging your phone for 12-15 hours for the first few times and then see how your battery holds up. Don't come here and complain until you know what you're talking about

i think hes an iphone enthusiast but a verizon subscriber. After using the storm for a while, i would never trade it for anything, including the iphone
