Is there an application that is available where you can press a button when you get to a desired location and it would post where you are on a your site (such as Facebook...)
My friend has it on his iPhone, and I think it'd be a cool app.
His message would be like "i am at ___________ - herndon, va - lat ; long"

Please let me know.
VZ Navigator has a feature called "where am I". It pinpoints you even if you are inside an office building (Google Map cannot do that in most cases), and provides the physical address.
Where.com has an app released today that uses Facebook and Twitter in the way you describe.
It may the same app that's on the iPhone

I'm talking about posting your location to the web, not telling me where I am on my own phone. It would be a way to tell OTHERS where I am.

I've been playing with this app for a while and can't find this feature.
can you shed some light?
Google Latitude is what you are looking for (see the first response).
How would I use Google Latitude? (Not a fan of the Google site, so it would be different for me)
And, does anyone know of a way I can either break down the .jad files or get them to go on my phone. I liked what I saw from the site the previous poster put on (started with a L), but to put it on, it has a .jad.
