Same here i get the same message I thingk the server might be down is any one experiensing the same thing???
dont put www. before m.crackbery.com and it should work fine.
well im an ***** and that fixed the problem. thanks

It took me a long time to figure that out too. Lol. But anytime I get that error erasing the www always works.

i keep getting this error everytime i try to do an ota theme download. i give up. i'll stick to doing it the "hard" way and do the zip files. at least i can get those to work
