I'm receiving HTML emails just fine but none of the images in the emails are showing up on my blackberry.

Any thoughts as to why I would get everything else (colors, format, links, etc) but no images are showing up???

Menu > Get Images. They don't automatically display.

Not sure how this works on the storm as I don't have one but have you tried pressing menu and choosing Get Images ?

Ahhhhh I thought they displayed automatically.

Is there not a setting to make it display every time?

No. There are a couple of reasons as to why this may be. One is from a security stand point. The other is that it saves you from having to download a large image and use up your data plan if you don't want to.

Ok, but why is there a setting in the "options" for "download images automatically" if that doesn't even do it when set to "yes"???

That makes absolutely no sense. I'll ask RIM when they call me back. I have a rep over there helping me with several issues.
