    My email isn't being shown as HTML is there a way to fix it. Tried battery pull and I resent the service books multiple times. Is the server down or something??

    Messages > Options > Email Settings > Enable HTML Email > YES > Menu > Save Then log into your BIS site and resend your service books.

    HTML is enabled. Don't have BIS. I use personal email.

    If you have personal email you have BIS.
