Verizon just sent me a replacement for my 9530. I think it is a refurb. How do I tell if this refurb is newer than the one I have? VErizon is claiming I am dropping calls because I have a bad phone. That is not the case because the rest of my family is having the same problem in the same area. What I am wondering is if this replacement is a newer model 9530 and if it would be to my advantage to go on and make the switch? What 'cha think?
