How do I get the function of the Storm guessng what word I'm typing to go away in both landscape and portrait?

you can turn it off or raise the letter value to 5 to make it easier.

options/spell check/uncheck auto correction or increase minimum word size to 5

this can be made by two ways: 1.- go to options, then spell check, then uncheck the option where it says "Check speeling as you type"

2.-go to options, sms, then where it says disable auto text select yes.
